CPR 2016+ CTSV V3 low side fuel system

When it comes to the new LT1 motor’s fueling is always a big issue, after you take care of the high side upgrades, the low side is the next thing to struggle to keep up. CPR has a proven solution to support all the fuel needs that the high side can ever be capable of doing. This system is 100% pre-made ready to install, we even have a pre made plug and play wiring harness! All you need is a drill and a few hand tools. We include all the fittings, line’s, regulator, etc. you need to complete the install minus tools. We also will help you setup the low side in the tune to properly take advantage of this system. All components used are of the absolute highest quality available as with everything with the CPR brand on it. So take the guess work out of your low side fuel system We build these to order and need to know if you are running a flex fuel sensor or not. If flex fuel we can only guarantee fitment with the DSX/dedicated motorsports unit. Should you wish to purchase this flex fuel kit please add it into your car and we will make sure you have everything setup correctly. Combine with our high side fuel system package to have a complete system capable of 900 rwhp on 100% e85!! And more on race gas. Kit comes w/ the needed drill and tap for the tank as well.

Auxiliary Fuel Pump Kit for 2016+ CTS-V

The DSX Tuning Aux Pump Kit is the original and budget friendly alternative to big fuel supply with a simple installation. There's no need to get inside of the factory fuel tank, as this system taps into the tank and uses an external pump that ties back into the factory feed line. With the help of the factory fuel pressure control module, the ECM always knows what your fuel pressure is even when the aux pump kicks on to give a huge boost in pressure and flow. The heart of the system is a DSX Tuning proprietary PnP controller that plugs into the MAP sensor. There's no need to tap vacuum lines or install a Hobbs switch as the DSX Tuning controller utilizes the electrical signal from the MAP to trigger the pump. The controller is incorporated into an easy to install harness with minimal connections to ensure the end user doesn't have to do any wiring. The pump is activated at 9psi (164kPa) and shuts off when falling below 7psi. The system features smooth bore PTFE coated crimped fuel lines to ensure leak free operation and corrosion resistance against ethanol for the life of the vehicle as well as inhibit any fuel odor from permeating through the lines. These lines are pressure tested by the manufacturer to verify against defects, so you can be sure that what you receive is the highest quality and rated for any fuel you will run through it. Don't be fooled by lower quality push lock, screw together, or plain braided hoses! DSX Tuning is committed to providing purpose built products and not repurposed pieces or a collection of off the shelf components bundled together. The filter is a custom made 74 micron filter exclusively for use with these pumps, and the one piece billet tee fitting is a true push connect piece made exclusively for this application. There are no backing nuts to fumble with tightening, and there are no plastic clips to melt or fail. The pump is mounted under the vehicle, and all mounting hardware is supplied so the user has a 100% complete kit to perform the installation. These systems now feature an original DSX designed and manufactured push connect tee to simplify the installation and reduce potential leak points. Drilling the fuel tank is required for installation, and an available drill and tap is available for an extra charge. Don't settle for imitations! Installation time is roughly two hours and can be done on jack stands. It is recommended to have a low level of fuel in the tank before installation. This kit can be installed prior to tuning, but in order to take full advantage you will need HP Tuners or EFILive tuning software and access to a dyno / competent tuner.
